I just saw this photo set from our BFF Box Dog Bikes. I trusted that the BD guys only took pictures of decent bike stuff that we would like to see. Especially the pic of Moultons… I’ll take the one in the back please….who has $14,000 for me? oh wait.. not HED wheels?.. ok, I don’t want it anymore..I will take the Indy Fab Tarck bike instead…
Slideshow!!!! Thanks guys - you guys look hella beautifool.
Sorry I did not show up, but thank you very much for getting me a pass to the show every year. Thanks guys!
As always, we like gossiping and name dropping - but we only do it with nice words for awesome action that are worth mentioning.
So IT’S OFFICIAL!!! our friend Erik Zo , 4 times freight bike world champion, is now officially part of Team Bullitt. He will be taking part in CMWC Tokyo next month.
Last Friday when I heard the news I was really excited, and without hesitation I hopped on my bike and rode to Erik’s house for a more quality chit chat time. Funny thing was, when I entered his workshop the first thing I saw was a brand new Belinky freight bike in the middle of workshop. Erik won the Bilenky freight bike from CMWC 2008 Toronto and it finally made it way to him yesterday.
If you remember back in February, we ran into MASH crew in Santa Rosa while they were riding with the TOC. While the project is still in the works, they released this little sneak peak:
Each Sunday, the San Francisco Sunday Streets Program picks a neighborhood in SF and shuts down the street to cars. That means free reign for people, skateboards, rollerblades :( , and more importantly, BIKES! This Sunday it’s the outer mission so come out play, ride bikes and have fun. Looks like it’s gonna be a nice day out too San Francisco!!! And even better, Pushbike on 24th is having a party at noon- kegs and hotdogs.
Entering through the doorway from the street is like walking into a doubly-sweet candy store: skateboards on the left side, and bike-stuff on the right. Pushbike shop has finally opened right on 24th Street, sharing floorspace with Mission Skateboards.
Dear you,
Did I tell you how cute you are when you ride that bike? I love seeing you take control of that bicycle; it shows me that you are an independent person, a person who loves freedom, someone who knows cycling makes you healthy and who wants to help reduce pollution from this planet. I think I have a crush on you darling…
Now go spend some money at my friends’ store!
-love-

If there is one thing I could say about MASH, it’s that they like to do things right. I’ve been witness to the rounds of product development they have gone through on goods they put their name on, and it’s no easy task. The new MASH Sag Life Bag is no exception.
I saw the last prototype and there was a pocket for just about everything, super roomy and super comfy. I can’t wait to get my hands on a finished sample. And while the price is a bit steep, SAG makes a quality bag that will last forever, so it’s well worth the purchase price. Roll over to the MASH store and check it out.
Beautiful build, a high caliber of detail. Super solid build. Thanks Adam Zugster for the high quality photo. More photoset and detail of the build can be found HERE!!!
